Noah is the general agent for Japan for dry strip products for Matsson Technology, Inc., which is a major U.S. manufacturer of items such as dry strips, RTPs, PECVDs. In light of the tendency for products to become smaller and smaller--and the resultant stricter requirements for dry strips--we anticipated and achieved 45nm−32nm technology nodes. Based on this technology, we are able to accommodate cutting-edge applications that simultaneously achieve low cost and high productivity utilizing two varieties of process modules.
